WHAT R&D MEANS HERE

Research and development here is not a department you send a problem to and then wait. We work inside your process: the engineers who run the simulations are the ones sitting in the design reviews. Taking a concept to a prototype takes four phases, and we can cover any one of them or all four — whichever your team is not set up to do itself.

01Design — the idea becomes preliminary calculations, sketches and 3D models — the point at which it stops being a conversation.

02Verification — CAE tools estimate what it will do: CFD and FEM analyses, coupled wherever the physics demands it, alongside in-house code written for the parts no commercial solver covers.

03Validation — experimental tests, in our own laboratory or with certified partners — where a predicted number becomes a measured one.

04Prototype — we build it and test it, with our own 3D printing and our supply chain.

OUR LABORATORY

We test both fluid-dynamic and mechanical components in house, which is what lets a simulation be checked rather than believed.

Tensile and flexural testing is run with certified partners, so a result that has to stand up to a customer's quality department does.

The acquisition and control software is our own, speaking CAN and MODBUS to the rig — so a bench can be instrumented for the question being asked instead of the question the hardware came with.
